The medal on the left is the Navy Cross, in the middle is the Navy Distinguished Service Medal, on the right is the Vietnam Service Medal. The two highest awards which were unique to the Navy and the rather ordinary Vietnam medal. I got these from a longtime Navy veteran who retired from NAS Millington after having served from World War II through Vietnam. He had many medals but these three he had mounted for wear on civilian clothes. I'd guess all three to date from the 1960s or 1970s. I'd keep them myself had I not other examples in my collection.
