This is kind of a cool reference to the 1986 lawsuit between Harvey Comics and Columbia Pictures in which Harvey claimed the Ghostbusters logo ripped off the image of Fatso from the Ghostly Trio. The case was dismissed, probably because Columbia had a lot more clout than Harvey.
