Very light wear only, fairly nice for a black cover: very fine. As always, grading of comics is subjective so check out my scan and be sure this copy would have a home in your collection before bidding or buying.
Although comic book grading is still somewhat subjective, you can expect that the grade I assign to a comic will be accurate. I find that I'm more strict a grader than most people dealing on eBay. I've been dabbling in collectible comics since the late-1960s and participated in the WSA program (#1305) which provided a code of ethics for comics dealers. I've contributed material to the Overstreet Price Guide and published articles in a variety of comic book related periodicals including Comic Book Marketplace, Comic Source, Golden Age Greats, Best of the West, and others.
