Marvel Fanfare #4 ~ Marvel Comics, September 1982. Chris Claremont concludes this classic X-Men tale, this time with art by Paul Smith. This title never really caught on and I never could figure out why. It was intended to showcase the best talent that marvel had to offer in an advertisement free environment and printed on good quality paper stock. It was also one of Marvel's first attempts at a comic produced entirely for the direct market. This copy is very fine/near mint.
