Enrico Benfer, Federico Benfer, or Friederich Benfer ~ This lot is an original 1937 vintage card from Lloyd Cigarettes as part of their Bunte Filmbilder series, card #478. The card is about the size of a US/British cigarette card (just over 1¼" x 2¼"). The example offered here is in nice condition with minor wear, see my scan. A nice card: VERY FINE.

Sometimes Credited As Enrico Benfer, Federico Benfer, or Friederich Benfer. This Italian actor was popular in both German and Italian cinema from the late silent era until 1942. After WWII he did not continue his film career. Benfer was married to popular actress Jenny Jugo.
