This is the stiff painted cover reprint version of CI #46 (Winter 1969). 15th printing, 25¢ cover price. Cover artist unknown and interior art by Robert Webb. Adapted by John O'Rourke. This copy has moderate wear, about good to very good. As always, grading of comics is subjective so check out my scan and be sure this copy would have a home in your collection before bidding or buying.
