Published by the Association, 1996. First and only edition. Hardcover (embossed cloth with gilt titles), 229 pages. This is a former seminary library copy with the usual markings, library name, catalog number, etc. They did, at least, try to avoid covering the end paper maps. The card pocket and checkout slip are intact or, in other words, they have not been torn from the book defacing it further. It is stamped Library Discard on the front flyleaf and front endpapers. No major defects of any kind (except the library markings, of course). This would be an excellent copy otherwise.
