Fernbank Dam near Cincinnati, Ohio, Showing Locks (on left) with Upper Gate Closed and Water Passing over Wickets ~ the Feicke-Desch Printing Co., Cincinnati. No copyright date. Color tinted postcard was used with an R.P.O. cancel but I can't make out much more. I'm guessing the date to be 1910. Addressed to Cissna Park, Illinois. Light to moderate edge wear: VERY GOOD. The cancellation was heavy enough to actually impress the card.
